It is a machine used primarily for reflow soldering of surface mount electronic components to printed circuit boards (PCB). It has four different temperature ranges to give each component on the light board and PCB suitable temperature to fix them tightly.
Laser cutting Machine
It's a cutting machine to cut the lighting-guide-plate (LGP used inside LED Panels) and diffuser (used in led panel and down light) into required sizes, such as for 300x300mm,600x600mm and 600x1200mm.
It's designed for LGP Laser Dotting Application, which is widely used in panel lights production. The print dot matrix design on the lighting-guide-plate (LGP used inside LED Panel light) can help to make the output light more soft and even.
Led lights parts like LGP with laser dot and PCB with SMD will pass the oven and be dried under different requested temperature.

This advanced aging system is divided into 5 areas, which is
*Non-power area: for setting products & taking off products after aging.
*Low voltage area: operating under 100V – 150V
*Normal voltage area: operating under 220V – 230V
*High voltage area: operating 265V – 300V
*Fluctuation area: lights keep on & off in every second.
It's a aging test line for led tube light, led bulb light and led sport lights. The aging line is running like a very slow moving circle. To finish one circle testing, every single light must pass & be tested through ALL 4 different areas. Operating speed / duration / given voltage all to be set in the control center.
